International Boston Seafood Show Recap
On Sunday, York Saw and Knife’s Tom Bowser attended the Intentional Boston Seafood Show for the first time to promote our seafood processing blades as well as blades for packaging. The show was well attended with the aisles generally full of visitors from the opening to closing on the first day of the show. The show featured fisheries, processors and industry suppliers, that completely filled the Convention Center vendor space to capacity The international influence was quite evident with exhibitors from Thailand, India, China, Mexico and more showcasing their products and services.
Vendors enticed visitors to their booths with the smells and tastes of the finest seafood products from around the world. Freshly shucked oysters, peeled shrimp, and cracked crab were being offered along with various other delectable samples. The show was co-hosted with The New England Food Show which consumed a small portion of the venue and featured regional retail and food service markets suppliers. This included a variety of vendors offering everything from restaurant design to soft serve ice cream equipment to micro-brewed beer and baked goods.
York Saw and Knife found the trip to the show great success and hopes to visit the show again next year! If you missed us at the show, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
